Palmer's was born at the kitchen table, surrounded by the people (and pups) we love most. Our store is inspired by our family dogs — Stella and Lilly — who've reminded us every single day that joy doesn't have to be complicated. A wag of a tail. A scoop of something cold and sweet. That's really all you need.

We named our signature treats after the ones who matter most to us, our four-legged companions because dessert is personal. It should feel like someone made it just for you.

At Palmer's, everything starts with a commitment to quality. We source our ice cream locally and make everything else fresh in-house — from our warm, oven-pulled cookies to our house-made brownies, cheesecake bites, and seasonal pies. Every bite reflects the care we put into each and every thing we serve. We're not a chain. We're your neighbors, and we take that seriously.
